§ 23-19.5-3 - Costs of tests and determinations.
SECTION 23-19.5-3
§ 23-19.5-3 Costs of tests anddeterminations. – Except as agreed to between the parties to a sale, the cost of the tests anddeterminations shall be borne by the buyer in the event that the sale isconsummated. If the sale is not consummated for the reason that the departmentcan make no certification, the cost of the tests and determinations shall beborne by the seller.
