   § 23-19.5-4  Keeping of records –Regulations. – The department of environmental management shall keep the records of allpercolation tests, ground water table elevation determinations performed, andalso a record of all other required information for a period of at leastfifteen (15) years. The director of environmental management may promulgate anyrules and regulations as the director may deem necessary for the properimplementation of the provisions of this chapter. The director may authorizelicensed designers of individual sewage disposal systems to make submittalsunder this chapter.
