SECTION 23-19.5-8

   § 23-19.5-8  Violation – Rescission ofreal estate sale. – Any person aggrieved or injured by the purchase of real property based on testsor data which are false or misleading, shall have the right to bring a courtaction within two (2) years after the fact becomes known to him or her, torescind the sale and to be reimbursed the purchase price and costs directlyincurred as a result of the false or misleading data.
