SECTION 23-19.7-15

   § 23-19.7-15  Liberal construction –Severability. – (a) The provisions of this chapter shall be interpreted and construed liberallyin aid of its declared purpose. If any provisions of this chapter, or of anyrule or regulation issued under this chapter, is held invalid by a court ofcompetent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, or regulationissued under this chapter, is held invalid by a court of competentjurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, or regulation shall not beaffected by the invalidity.

   (b) The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of anysection or sections of this chapter shall not affect the validity of theremainder of the chapter.
