   § 23-19-11.4  Initial resource recoveryfacilities. – In view of the criticality of the solid waste disposal problem in the state,the procurement of the statutorily mandated Central Falls resource recoveryfacilities included in the initial resource recovery system shall not besubject to the provisions of chapter 2 of title 37.
