SECTION 23-19-25

   § 23-19-25  Authorization to acceptappropriated moneys. – The corporation is authorized to accept any money that may be appropriated fromtime to time by the general assembly for effectuating its corporate purposesincluding, without limitation, the payment of the initial expenses ofadministration and operation, and the establishment of reserves or contingencyfunds to be available for the payment of the principal of and the interest ofany bonds, notes, or other obligations of the corporation.
