§ 23-19-27 - Severability.
SECTION 23-19-27
§ 23-19-27 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any provision or part ofany provision shall be held invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to anyperson or circumstances, the invalidity, unconstitutionality, orinapplicability shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions of thischapter. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this chapter are repealed.
