SECTION 23-19-33

   § 23-19-33  Bonus incentive program. –The corporation shall create and manage a program providing for incentivepayments of one hundred dollars ($100) each to anyone who submits a plan orprogram which is eventually implemented by the Rhode Island resource recoverycorporation or by any person, agency, or corporation contributing to the flowof solid waste materials into the system, which would in any mannersignificantly reduce the flow of solid waste within this state, or provide formore efficient recycling or re-use of any solid waste materials, or in anyother manner impact beneficially upon the management and control of solid wastematerials.
