SECTION 23-19-36

   § 23-19-36  Central landfill – Fundsfor acquisition. – Funds for acquisition of properties under §§ 23-19-34 and 23-19-35shall come from revenues generated by use of the central landfill and fromother sources that may be available, including proceeds from the sale ofhouses, structures, and land under §§ 23-19-34.1 and 23-19-35.1.
