SECTION 23-19-7
§ 23-19-7 Commissioners – Oath ofoffice – Conflict of interest. – (a) Each member of the corporation's board of commissioners, before enteringupon his or her duties, shall take an oath to administer the duties of his orher office faithfully and impartially, and the oath will be filed in the officeof the secretary of state.
(b) The commissioners shall be subject at all times to theprovisions of chapter 14 of title 36.
