SECTION 23-21-4

   § 23-21-4  Regulations. – The director may adopt any regulations relating to environmental sanitation andfood service in recreational facilities or uses as he or she may deemnecessary; provided, that in the case of all recreational facilities or usessubject to this chapter, the department's authority shall be limited toenvironmental sanitation and food service.
