§ 23-21-4.1 Provisions for water. –The director shall require quality water and adequate water pressure to eachmobile home located on a mobile home site and to each trailer located at atrailer park in the state; however, the provisions of this section shall notapply to campgrounds or wilderness that are used on a seasonal basis only.
