SECTION 23-21-7

   § 23-21-7  Places exempt from chapter.– The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any recreation facilityand/or use maintained by an individual for the sole use of the individual'simmediate family and private guests, or to any campground used by any of themilitary forces of the state or of the United States, or to any swimming poollicensed under the authority of chapter 22 of this title. No license fee shallbe required by the department of health for any facility, owned and operated bythe state, by any municipality, or by any nonprofit organization.
