SECTION 23-22-13

   § 23-22-13  Appropriations anddisbursements. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums that it may deemnecessary, to be expended by the department of health for the purposes of thischapter, and the state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of these sums upon receipt byhim or her of proper vouchers approved by the director of health.
