§ 23-23.5-12 - Expressing oil from fish.

SECTION 23-23.5-12

   § 23-23.5-12  Expressing oil from fish.– No person shall carry on the business of expressing oil from fish within anycity or town, except in a place as shall be designated by the city or towncouncil; provided, that any city or town council may at any time withdraw thatdesignation, and that no city or town shall be held liable for any injuryresulting to any person from that business carried on in any place asdesignated, nor shall any city or town be liable to the person to whom theright has been granted for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension orwithdrawal of the right to carry on that business by the city or town at anytime. Every person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined notless than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
