SECTION 23-23.5-8

   § 23-23.5-8  Penalty for continuation ofbusiness after notice to cease. – Every person who shall, after notice given as provided in § 23-23.5-7,commence or continue to carry on the business of slaughtering cattle or otheranimals in the place or places, shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for everyday during which he or she shall continue to carry on that business.
