SECTION 23-23.5-9

   § 23-23.5-9  Liability of city or town forsuspension or withdrawal of right. – In case of suspension or withdrawal by any city or town council of the right toslaughter cattle or other animals, the city or town shall be liable to theperson to whom the right has been granted for any loss or damage resulting fromthe suspension or withdrawal, to be recovered by action of the case.
