§ 23-23.6-11 - Exemptions.

§ 23-23.6-11 Exemptions. – Any and all fees charged and costs incurred pursuant to the provisions of thischapter shall not be subject to reimbursement to any municipality by operationof any mandate of this chapter and the provisions of §§ 45-13-7– 45-13-10 shall not apply to this chapter.
