SECTION 23-23.6-5

   § 23-23.6-5  Certificate of acceptable airquality required. – (a) No person shall own or operate an ice arena in which a resurfacing machineis used without a certificate of acceptable air quality issued by the director.The certificate must be displayed in a conspicuous place in the ice arena.

   (b) For cause, and for violation of the provisions of thischapter, or regulations promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by thischapter, the director may suspend, modify, or revoke a certificate ofacceptable air quality.
