SECTION 23-23.6-6

   § 23-23.6-6  Air quality inspections.– The director is authorized to inspect, at a reasonable time and without priornotice, ice arena air quality and/or to respond to a complaint of an elevatedlevel of carbon monoxide or other harmful gas in an ice arena. Any personrefusing entry to a designated inspector or obstructing an inspection orderedby the director shall immediately have his or her certificate of acceptable airquality revoked by the director. The ice arena shall remain closed until anytime that the director has determined that the facility is in compliance withthe provisions of both this chapter and any regulations promulgated pursuant tothe authority conferred by this chapter.
