SECTION 23-23.6-9

   § 23-23.6-9  Establishment of restrictedreceipt account. – All fees collected by the director in accordance with this chapter, or inaccordance with regulations promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred bythis chapter, shall be placed into a restricted receipt account to support thepersonnel costs, operating costs and capital expenditure necessary to carry outthe provisions of this chapter; provided, however, that any fees charged shallbe in addition to and not substituted for funds appropriated for the departmentby the state or federal government.
