SECTION 23-23-29.5

   § 23-23-29.5  Enforcement. – The responsibility and jurisdiction for enforcement of §§ 23-23-29.1– 23-23-29.4 shall be with state and local law enforcement authorities,including, but not limited to, state and local police and parking enforcementpersonnel, the Rhode Island department of environmental management and theRhode Island division of motor vehicles.
