SECTION 23-23-5.2

   § 23-23-5.2  Mandamus. – In the event that the director shall fail to issue the permit or deny thelicense then the applicant or other interested person may petition the superiorcourt to issue its writ of mandamus ordering the director or some suitableperson to immediately issue the license or denial.
