SECTION 23-24.10-16

   § 23-24.10-16  Violations. – A violation of any of the provisions of this law or any rule or regulationpromulgated pursuant thereto shall be punishable, in the case of a firstviolation, by a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). Inthe case of a second and any further violation, the liability shall be for acivil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each violation.
