SECTION 23-24.3-9
§ 23-24.3-9 Liberal construction –Severability. – This chapter shall be liberally construed in order to achieve the purposes ofthis chapter. If any provision of this chapter shall be adjudged by any courtof competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of the statute shall notbe affected.
