SECTION 23-24.4-8

   § 23-24.4-8  Right of action. – Any resident who makes a reasonable request for material covered by thischapter and does not receive that material within ninety (90) days of makingthe request will have the right to take civil action against the employer oremployers in question and the department of labor and training in order toreceive that material and any relevant compensatory damages.
