SECTION 23-24.4-9
§ 23-24.4-9 Severability. – If any provisions or parts of this chapter or application of this chapter toany person or circumstance is held unconstitutional or invalid, the remainingprovisions of this chapter and the application of those provisions to otherpersons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid shall notbe affected by it.
