SECTION 23-24.5-10

   § 23-24.5-10  Product sale or use. –(a) The director may limit or ban the use or sale of an asbestos or asbestiformproduct after notice and hearing when that product is found to be a likely riskof or a potential cause of injury or death from the normal and intended use ofthe product.

   (b) Any person or entity selling or manufacturing asbestos orasbestiform material shall be strictly liable for any injury, death, or damagesrelated to the exposure to, or use of, these products.
