SECTION 23-24.6-11
§ 23-24.6-11 Reporting of cases of leadpoisoning. – Any physician registered or licensed by Rhode Island or any agency of RhodeIsland or any employee of a licensed, registered, or approved health carefacility making the diagnosis of childhood lead poisoning shall report thatdiagnosis to the director within ten (10) business days of the diagnosis.
