   § 23-24.6-22  Licensure and certification– Receipts. – The director shall assess fees for certifications and licenses issued inaccordance with rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the authorityconferred by this chapter, provided that those fees are assessed only afterprocedures in accordance with chapter 35 of title 42 have been followed. Allfees shall be deposited into the general fund as general revenue.
