§ 23-24.6-25 - Interpretation and severability.
SECTION 23-24.6-25
§ 23-24.6-25 Interpretation andseverability. – The provisions of this chapter shall be liberally construed and shall be heldto be in addition to, and not in substitution for or a limitation of, theprovisions of any other law. If any provision of this chapter or theapplication of this chapter to any person or circumstances is held invalid, theremainder of the chapter and the application of the provisions to any otherperson or circumstances shall not be affected by this invalidity.
