SECTION 23-24.9-13

   § 23-24.9-13  Existing inventories. –Those mercury-added products with a code or date of manufacture indicating theywere manufactured prior to July 13, 2001 are exempt from § 23-24.9-6– 23-24.9-8 and §§ 23-24.9-10 and 23-24.9-11. If themercury-added product has a date of manufacture or the manufacturer can providedocumentation that the product in question was manufactured prior to July 13,2001, it is exempt from the above listed sections. Situations that are beyondthe control of the manufacturer, such as old stock being held by retailers,should be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
