SECTION 23-24-15

   § 23-24-15  Interpretation andseverability. – The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be in addition to, and not insubstitution for a limitation of, the provisions of any other law. If anyprovision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstances isheld invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of thoseprovisions to any other person or circumstances shall not be affected by thisinvalidity.
