SECTION 23-24-7

   § 23-24-7  Hearing before report ofcriminal violation. – Before any violation of this chapter is reported by the consumer protectionunit to the attorney general for institution of a criminal proceeding, theperson against whom the proceeding is contemplated shall be given appropriatenotice and an opportunity to present his or her view either orally or inwriting with regard to the contemplated proceeding.
