SECTION 23-24-9
§ 23-24-9 Style of enforcement procedures– Subpoenas. – All criminal proceedings and all libel or injunction proceedings for theenforcement, or to restrain violations, of this chapter shall be by and in thename of the state. Subpoenas for witnesses who are required to attend a courtof the state in any district or county may run into any other district orcounty in any proceeding.
