SECTION 23-25.2-6

   § 23-25.2-6  Rules and regulations. –(a) The director shall:

   (1) Develop by rule and regulation the criteria necessary fordefining eligible recipients of emergency relief, eligible IPM projects, andeligible recipients of IPM grants; and

   (2) Establish procedures consistent with the purposes of thischapter.

   (b) In adopting rules and regulations, the director shallcomply with §§ 42-35-3(a), 42-35-3(b), and 42-35-4.

   (c) In adopting rules and regulations, the director shallallow for judicial review pursuant to § 42-35-15 upon denials by thedirector for emergency relief under § 23-25.2-5(b)(1).
