SECTION 23-25.3-5
§ 23-25.3-5 Penalty. – Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of amisdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousanddollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both thefine and imprisonment.
