SECTION 23-25.4-9

   § 23-25.4-9  Establishment of oversightcommission on utilization of unused prescription drugs – Membership.– (a) There is hereby established a commission on the utilization of prescriptiondrugs to oversee the development and implementation of the pilot program forthe utilization of unused prescription drugs as established pursuant to thischapter.

   (b) The commission shall consist of five (5) members to beappointed by the speaker of the house, not more than three (3) from the samepolitical party. Any vacancy on the commission, occurring for any reason priorto the expiration of the term, shall be filled for the unexpired term by theappointing authority in the same manner as the original appointment.
