SECTION 23-25-19

   § 23-25-19  Storing and disposal ofpesticides and pesticide containers. – No person shall transport, store, or dispose of any pesticide or pesticidecontainers in such a manner as to cause injury to humans, vegetation, crops,livestock, wildlife, beneficial insects or to pollute any waterway or waterbody in a way harmful to any wildlife in the waterway or waterbody. Thedirector shall promulgate rules and regulations governing the storing anddisposal of those pesticides or pesticide containers. These standards shall beconsistent with any regulations promulgated pursuant to § 19 of FIFRA, 7U.S.C. § 136q, or any acts cited therein.
