   § 23-25-25  Publication of information.– The director may publish, at least annually, and in any form that he or she maydeem proper, results of analyses based on official samples as compared with theanalyses guaranteed and information concerning the distribution of pesticides;provided, that individual distribution information shall not be a publicrecord. The director, in cooperation with the land grant universities or othereducational institutions, may publish information and conduct short courses ofinstruction in the areas of knowledge required in this chapter.
