SECTION 23-26-11

   § 23-26-11  Counterfeit stamps and permits.– No person shall have in his or her possession or shall make, use, or sell anycounterfeit or colorable imitation of the inspection stamp or permit requiredby this chapter. Each counterfeited or imitated stamp or permit made, used,sold, offered for sale, delivered, or consigned for sale contrary to theprovisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
