SECTION 23-26-13

   § 23-26-13  Contents of tag on beddingarticles for sale. – Every article of bedding made for sale, sold, or offered for sale shall haveattached thereto a tag which shall state the name of the material used, thatthe material used is new, or second-hand and, when required to be sterilized,that the material has been sterilized, and the number of the sterilizingpermit. The tag shall also contain the name and address of the maker or thevendor and the registry number of the maker. All tags attached to new articlesshall be legibly stamped or marked by the retail vendor with the date ofdelivery to the customer.
