SECTION 23-26-18

   § 23-26-18  Sterilization and tagging ofarticles exposed to contagious disease. – Nothing in this chapter shall authorize the sale of an article of bedding thathas been exposed to infectious or contagious disease and which, after theexposure, has not been sterilized and approved for use. If the director shallfind any article of bedding or filling material which has been used by or aboutany person having an infectious or contagious disease, the director shall tagthe article of bedding or material with a tag bearing the word "unclean" inconspicuous letters. The tag shall not be removed except by the director.
