SECTION 23-26-24

   § 23-26-24  Inspection powers –Confiscation. – Every place, where articles of bedding are made, remade, or renovated, ormaterials therefore are prepared or sterilized, or where the articles ormaterials are sold, shall be subject to inspection by the director who shallhave the power to inspect the manufacture and sale or delivery of all articlesor materials covered by this chapter, and power to destroy or to seize and holdfor evidence any article of bedding, in whole or in part, which is made or soldin violation of this chapter.
