SECTION 23-26-25

   § 23-26-25  Rules, regulations, andfindings – Suspension or revocation of permits. – The director is hereby authorized and empowered to make general rules andregulations and specific rulings, demands, and findings for the enforcement ofthis chapter, in addition hereto and not inconsistent herewith. The directormay suspend or revoke any permit or registration for violation of any provisionof this chapter, or any rule, regulation, ruling, or demand made pursuant tothe authority granted by this chapter.
