SECTION 23-26-26

   § 23-26-26  Appeal of director's decisions.– Any person aggrieved by the action of the director in denying an applicationfor a permit or for registration, or in revoking or suspending any permit orregistration, or by any order or decision of the director, shall have the rightto appeal to the supreme court and the procedure in case of the appeal shall bethe same as that provided in § 42-35-15.
