SECTION 23-26-28
§ 23-26-28 Disposition of fees andpenalties. – Notwithstanding the provisions of any other general, local, or special law, allfees, fines, penalties, and other money derived from the operation of thischapter shall be paid to the department of business regulation and deposited asgeneral revenues.
