SECTION 23-27.3-101.2.2

   § 23-27.3-101.2.2  Buildings andstructures, existing and under construction. – The building official as hereinafter defined shall determine any requirementwhich is not specifically covered by this code and which is essential forstructural strength, adequate egress facilities, sanitary conditions,equipment, light and ventilation, and fire safety of existing buildings andstructures or buildings and structures under construction. The committee shallbe notified in writing within seven (7) working days of any action taken underthis section.
