SECTION 23-27.3-104.0

   § 23-27.3-104.0  Maintenance. – All buildings and structures and all parts of them shall be maintained in asafe and sanitary condition. All service equipment, means of egress, devices,and safeguards which are required by this code, or by the rehabilitationbuilding and fire code for existing buildings and structures, in a building orstructure shall be maintained in good working order. Any requirement necessaryfor the safety of the occupants of buildings and structures, not specificallycovered by this code, shall be determined by the building official.
