SECTION 23-27.3-105.4

   § 23-27.3-105.4  Reestablishment of a prioruse. – After an approved change of use has been made to a building or parts thereof,the reestablishment of a prior use that is not permitted for a new building, orparts thereof of the same type of construction, is prohibited unless all theapplicable provisions of this code have been met.
